01 블라인드 리벳 툴 Tools for blind rivets

에스아이의 블라인드 리벳 툴은 가벼운 폴리머 구조로 높은 힘과 하중 비율을 이용하여 사용자의 피로도를 낮춤으로써 빠르게 제품을 체결해주는 공기압식 소형 경량 리벳 공구입니다. 기본으로 장치되어있는 맨드릴 컬렉터가 체결 후의 절단된 맨드릴을 컬렉터 안으로 끌어당겨 모아줍니다.

It is a lightweight pneumatic blind rivet tool with polymer which fastening a product quickly and it is reducing the user's fatigue by using high strength and load ratio.

A mandrel collection system basically equipped pulls the cut mandrel into the collector after fastened.

02 블라인드 너트 툴 Tools for blind nuts

압력을 이용해 블라인드 너트를 돌려서 당겨주는 방식으로 체결하는 공기 유압식의 작고 가벼운 작업공구입니다. 맨드릴 위에 나사산이 나있으며 나사산에 블라인드 너트를 가볍게 밀어 넣고 방아쇠를 당기는 간단한 방법으로 쉽고 빠르게 작업이 가능합니다.

It is a small, lightweight, air-hydraulic work tool to be fastened in a way to turn and pull a blind nut by using the pressure. There are threads on the mandrel and the operation is easy and fast in a simple way to gently slide the blind nuts and to trigger.
