프레스 타입 너트란? (About press type nuts?)

프레스 타입 너트란 절삭가공방식으로 제작되어 프레스기를 이용하여 모재에 압입하는 방식으로 체결하는 너트를 말합니다. 용도나 재질, 가공방법 등에 따라 여러 종류가 있습니다.

A press type nut is manufactured in cutting processing methods and it is a nut to be fastened by an press-in method using a press machine. There are many different types depending on materials or processing methods.

1. 압입방식으로 얇은 판에 장치가 가능하다.

It can be installed on the thin plates by press-in method

2. 스틸 모재 뿐 아니라 알루미늄이나 스텐리스 스틸에도 장치가 가능하다.

It can be installed on the aluminum or stainless steel as well as on the steel materials.

3. 너트 아랫부분의 널링으로 인해 높은 토크값을 얻을 수 있다.

The high torque can be obtained with knurling under the nut

4. 압입된 너트의 반대편은 평평하여 간섭이 없다.

The other side of the indentation nut is flat, so there is no interference.

5. 제품의 표면처리 후에도 장치할 수 있다.

After the treatment of the product surface, it can be installed.

6. 기존의 에어 툴이나 유압식 툴 모두 사용할 수 있다.

Conventional air-powered compressor and hydraulic compressor can be used.
